Our Pricing Options

We offer three ways of accessing our services. 

 

1. Hourly Packages // Purchase a certain number of hours upfront and these hours can be used at any time over a 12 month period.**  Get in touch with us as you need, knowing you always have hours available. For personal concierge services only. For remote executive assistant services see under Monthly Membershps. 

2. Monthly Memberships // Lock in your hours with us each month, and you are guaranteed availability and access to your own dedicated personal concierge.* Plus, get free access to our reminder service and get email reminders for all your important events e.g. birthdays, anniversaries, insurance renewals, car servicing etc. Executive Assistant Services – for those of you looking for remote Executive Assistant services we have separate membership options for this service. 

3. Ad Hoc // You can always chose to use our services when and as you need them, with no upfront purchase required. Yes, the hourly rate is a little higher, but you get the benefit of still being able to use us exactly when you need us.

Hourly Packages

Our hourly packages have always been popular. Know that you always have time in credit to use as required, and receive the added benefit of a discounted rate the more hours your purchase. Monthly Membership

Memberships are fantastic for those of you who like to know exactly what you are spending each month, and you know we will have guaranteed availability for you. Plus, get free access to our email reminder service for all your important events. To sign up, simply click Choose Plan and as soon as we have received your payment, we will be in touch with you in one working day or less. All in-person visits are a minimum of 2 hours. Prices start from $60 per hour. All prices include gst

Hours do not carry over and you will be invoiced for any additional hours worked during the 4 week period (in communication with you). 

Any ad-hoc personal concierge services are charged at $80 per hour including gst. 

Remote Executive Assistant Services. Starting from $70 per hour. All prices include gst. Automatically charged every 4 weeks.

All services are remote. Hours do not carry over and you will be invoiced for any additional hours worked during the 4 week period (in communication with you). 

Any ad-hoc Executive Assistant Services are charged at $90 per hour including gst. 

Further Information and Terms & Conditions

All prices include travel costs (up to 10km from the city centre) and standard phone call costs – we won’t surprise you with these on additions on your bill!

If we need to make international calls, a large number of calls, or need to travel extra distances, we will always discuss the additional charges with you prior to undertaking all the work.

We provide all clients with regular monthly statements so you’ll know exactly how your hours are used, and we are happy to discuss duration prior to undertaking any tasks.

For any purchases we make on your behalf, we simply ask that you provide us with funds up front. This can be in cash, but most clients prefer to transfer money directly into our account, knowing that it will remain in credit if it isn’t used, and that we provide them with regular, detailed statements on how their money has been spent. For clients where we are making regular purchases on their behalf, they find it easier to set up a direct debit to our account on a recurring basis, that way they know they don’t have to worry about falling short. Plus, if their credit builds up, we’ll always let them know if they can pause their transfer for a time.

Our standard hours are Monday to Friday 8:00am to 6:00pm. Bookings can be made outside of these days and times but will need to be negotiated and may incur an additional charge.

* Memberships are purchased on an automatically recurring subscription, for a minimum of 2 months. 

30 days notice must be provided for any cancellations, except the Full Time Concierge which requires 60 days notice. 

You and your personal concierge will arrange an ongoing weekly schedule to ensure availability of your personal concierge. Tasks requested outside this schedule will ideally be requested with 48 hours notice. That being said, we are usually able accomodate most requests of shorter timeframes.  

Your personal concierge can work in your home, office, or virtually, in business hours. If assistance is required outside of business hours, this can be negotiated.

Hours cannot be rolled over, however short breaks may be negotiated.

Although we endeavour to provide as much flexibility as possible, availability cannot be guaranteed and we prefer 48 hours notice of all task bookings. That being said, we are usually able to accomodate most requests of shorter timeframes.  

All services are a minimum of 15 minutes for in office tasks and a minimum of 45 minutes for out of office tasks.
