Although the lists of services identified on the pages above are not exhaustive, they do give a good overview of the types of ways we can assist you. If something isn’t on the list, never fear, we will usually be able to find a way to assist you. 

    2. Connect with us to arrange a phone or video call

    This call is a chance for you to tells us more about your requirements, find out how our services will work for you, and help us identify the best personal concierge for you. 

    You will be allocated your own dedicated concierge, although depending on you requirements, we may have a number of our team working for you. 

      3. Purchase your package

      Memberships are fantastic for those of you who like to know exactly what you are spending each month, and you know we will have guaranteed availability for you.

      Our hourly packages have always been popular. Know that you always have time in credit to use as required, and receive the added benefit of a discounted rate the more hours your purchase.

        4. Send through your tasks

        Whether via email, on a call, or in person, delegate your first to do list to your personal concierge and leave them to work their magic!

        We will work with you to clarify any requests, create templates or checklists if required, and work closely with you to get your first tasks completed both effectively and efficiently.

          5. Build an ongoing relationship with your concierge

          We understand that the sucess of our service is the relationships we develop. Part of our work with you is to get to know the unique preferences and circumstances in your life so we can deliver you the best possible service.

          Our goal eventually is to almost read your mind, so you no longer need to get bogged down in the ‘stuff’. We will seek regular feedback from you, and always appreciate hearing from you so that we can fine tune our work with you.
