How Does It Work?

- We assign you a personal concierge.
- Your personal concierge stands in line at your nominated store.
- At any time within 4 hours, you simply switch and take their place!
What Time Will You Get To The Store?
- For stores opening at 9am we will arrive at 6am.
- For stores opening at 12pm we will arrive at 9pm.
- Other times can be discussed.
How Much Does It Cost?
- It costs $120 for a maximum of four hours, to be paid by Thursday 20th September 2012.
- If you want us to arrive earlier that 6am or stay after 1pm there will be an additional charge of $30 per hour.
- If you want us to line up longer than 4 hours, there will be an additional charge of $60 per hour.

The Fine Print
- We can’t guarantee how much stock each store will have.
- We can’t guarantee what position we will get in the line.
- In other words, we can’t guarantee that you will get your hot little hands on an iPhone 5.
- However, we will ring your nominated store and try to suss out the situation. If we think we need another strategy, we’ll let you know. We’ll also be monitoring local media and will take on board any information you may have as well.
- We cannot purchase an iPhone 5 on your behalf, nor enter into any type of contract on your behalf. It is up to you to switch with us before we’re first in line. We’ll stay in touch via mobile to update you on the status of things. It is up to you to switch in time.
- This offer is to line up at your nominated store within 10kms of the Adelaide city centre. If you want us to line up at a store outside of this boundary, a travel charge may be involved and we will contact you to discuss.
